Poledance Trainer

To strengthen our team, we are looking for dedicated pole dance instructors who would like to reliably and long-term take over level classes at MINOR e.V. The focus is on teaching advanced techniques, clean execution, as well as creative combinations and transitions. You will work independently with our participants, support them in their development, and design your classes in a structured and varied way.
Your Responsibilities
- Conducting ongoing pole dance courses
- Teaching technique, strength building and clean movement sequences
- Developing and leading combos, transitions and choreography elements
- Individual support and correction of participants
- Ensuring a safe training environment
- Independent planning and preparation of the course units
You bring
- At least 3 years of experience in pole dancing and an advanced training level in spinning and static pole.
- Safe and clean execution of aerial inverts, leg hangs (outside/inside), shoulder mounts, brass monkey, handsprings, and floorwork elements (shoulder rolls and shoulder stands)
- A feel for dance combinations and creative transitions
- Reliability and interest in long-term cooperation
- Availability to teach at least one evening course per week on a regular basis (our courses usually take place between 4 pm and 9 pm; scheduling is done jointly by the trainer team)
- Trainer*innen Ausbildung und/oder Erfahrung als Trainer*in ist nicht zwingend erforderlich, aber gern gesehen
- Proficient language skills in German and English
