Our workshop repertoire

Stretching & Mobility

Off Pole

In the Stretching & Mobility workshop, you will be shown exercises to optimally warm up and mobilize your body and prepare it for intensive stretching. We then work on the active and passive mobility of your muscles, tendons and joints. We will help you to strengthen your “end range” and work specifically on your flexibility goals.

This workshop takes place without poles and no previous knowledge of poles or stretching is required!

Sexy Dance Basics

Open Level

You already know a lot of spins and the pole basics, but are wondering how you can combine them all in a sexy and elegant way? Do you want to be able to switch smoothly between pole and floorwork? In Sexy Basics you will get to know the sensual and aesthetic side of pole dancing. We merge elements such as bodywaves and legwaves with floorwork, lowflow and weightless spins. We’ll show you how to develop tricks and transitions you already know and add sophistication to them to create a flowing, elegant flow.

Bring long clothes (leggings, legwarmers, long socks, etc.) and knee pads. Heels are optional!

Graceful Pointe Work

Heels Basics

Have you already mastered a few beginner tricks and want to take your pole skills to the next level? In this workshop, you will learn how to move beautifully and in a dance-like manner in platform shoes. We will focus on working with the tips of the platform shoes, the so-called “pointe” – we will learn how to balance on them and create smooth transitions. Finally, we’ll learn a little flow combo.

Bring your heels, knee pads and a good mood!

Yoga meets Pole

Open Level

The workshop combines asanas from Hatha Yoga, which we practise dynamically and statically in the Vinyasa style, incorporating the poles. You can expect breathing exercises, sun salutations, warrior variations and a new way of practicing yoga by consciously connecting with the pole.

You don’t need any previous knowledge of the pole or the mat. Let’s flow together!

Spinning Pole Flow

Open Level

In the Spinning Flow workshop, you can expect flowing, dance-like combinations on the spinning pole. We want to flow from one shape to the next and concentrate on the quality of our movements. You will learn how to give your basic moves that certain something and expand your range of movement with a few little tricks. This workshop has an open level as there is something for everyone. Dancers at beginner level can consolidate their basics (climbing and experience with poleseats are required). For more advanced dancers there are new and unusual variations of their favorite shapes to discover.

Double Trouble

Open Level

Together is better! Two people on the pole means twice the fun. Double Trouble is all about how you can create shapes and transitions with the pole in pairs. You will learn various holds and spins – not only on your own but also synchronously and asynchronously with a partner, as well as flowing transitions and even a combination of the elements you have learned.

Safe climbing and sitting on the spinning pole required!

So grab your pole buddy and come along! (Of course you can also register individually, we will find you a pole buddy in the workshop).

Aerial Hoop

Newbies

In the Aerial Hoop Newbies Workshop you can expect your first easy figures and combinations in the hoop. No experience in/on the hoop is required.

Please bring a small towel and long pants to the workshop. You are also welcome to bring a grip (chalk-based – no sticky grips).
