Aerial Hoop Trainer

To strengthen our team, we are looking for dedicated aerial hoop instructors who would like to lead courses at Minor e.V. on a long-term and reliable basis. The focus is on teaching sophisticated techniques, clean execution, and creative combinations and transitions. You will work independently with our course participants, support their development, and design your courses to be varied and structured.
Your Responsibilities
- Conducting ongoing aerial hoop courses
- Teaching technique, strength building and clean movement sequences
- Developing and leading combos, transitions and choreography elements
- Individual support and correction of participants
- Ensuring a safe training environment
- Independent planning and preparation of the course units
You bring
- At least 3 years of experience with the aerial hoop and an advanced training level.
- Safe and clean execution of mounts, inverts and spins on the hoop
- A feel for dance combinations and creative transitions
- Reliability and interest in long-term cooperation
- Availability to teach at least one evening course per week on a regular basis (our courses usually take place between 4 pm and 9 pm; scheduling is done jointly by the trainer team)
- Trainer training and/or experience as a trainer
- Proficient language skills in German and English
