Substitute Trainer
MINOR Studio | Rankestraße 56 in Dresden
Our courses at Minor e.V. take place Monday to Friday between 4:45 pm and 9:00 pm in our studio at Rankestraße 56 in Dresden and are usually led by our regular instructors. However, as with any training program, occasional absences due to illness do occur. Therefore, we would like to build a pool of experienced instructors who can cover individual courses when needed.
We see this representation not only as a practical solution, but also as an opportunity to strengthen the exchange within the pole and aerial community in Dresden and to introduce our course participants to different styles and training approaches.
We are looking for substitute instructors for pole dance and/or aerial hoop who can confidently teach at an advanced level and value clean technique, clear instruction, and creative combinations. You will work independently with our course participants and be able to adapt flexibly to different groups and skill levels.
You bring
- An advanced training level
- Safe and clean execution of elements
- Reliability and interest in course substitution
- Trainer training and/or experience as a trainer
- Proficient language skills in German and English
