How is the training structured?
Open practice requires prior pole experience. For beginners and those who are simply curious, our classes offer a guided introduction. Once you’ve mastered the basics, you can become a member.
Open training on the aerial hoop is available for those with previous experience. We offer courses for beginners. Open training on the hoop is only possible at the studio at Rankestraße 56 in Dresden-Pieschen after prior instruction on the space and rigging.
There is no entitlement to exclusive use of the facilities. Up to three people may train in the training room at a time, and up to eight people in the studio. You can check the online calendar at any time to see who is training, when, and in which room.
