How does open training work?

In order to fully use MINOR e.V. as a training area, you must first join the MINOR training and dance community. This entails signing a flexible membership contract with MINOR e.V. which then allows you the opportunity to train seven days a week at any time. There are 3 poles, mirror surfaces, a creative atmosphere, and all the necessary equipment to inspire you to dance.

Each member receives a door code that enables them to access the MINOR studio independently . Open training sessions are scheduled using a shared online calendar. This means that training reservations for each person are visible, and you have the option of joining a training partner or reserving your own solo training session. Access to the calendar is granted with the first membership payment.

How is the training structured?

Each member can organize their individual training in the room freely. It is therefore important that you already have pole dance experience so that you can use the space independently and safely. For beginners and those who are curious, there are beginner courses  to get you started. Once you have learned the basics, you can then become a member and train using your knowledge from the MINOR courses.
