Level courses

POLEDANCE

Level 0


n Level 0, you will learn all the basics to immerse yourself in the world of pole dancing. We will show you important moves, basic techniques and the first steps and turns on the pole.

Prerequisites

Level 0 is suitable for anyone who has no pole dancing experience. You can join one of our Level 0 courses at any time to try it out.

Recommended number of visits

approx. 3 to 6 dates, individually in consultation with the instructors

POLEDANCE

Level 1


In Level 1, the focus is on beginner tricks. You will learn a clean climbing technique, we build up strength, consolidate your basics and the first floor and connecting elements are added.

Prerequisites

Can you do a few clean spins on the static pole and want more? Then you’ve come to the right place!

POLEDANCE

Level 2


In level 2, the focus is on advanced beginner tricks. You will learn to combine tricks and perform them at a higher level on pole. We combine different elements, spins and moves on the floor to create short flows.

Prerequisites

Level 2 is suitable for all those who already have 3-4 months of pole experience or have completed Level 1 with us.
You should be able to climb safely, master the pole seat and have some experience on the spinning pole.

approx. 6 to 12 dates, individually in consultation with the instructors

POLEDANCE

Level 3


In level 3, the focus is on advanced tricks and transitions. Now it’s upside down. We work intensively on the invert to expand our trick repertoire and have even more power on the pole. We also work on longer combinations and flows.

Prerequisites

Level 3 is suitable for all those who already have at least 6 months of pole experience or have completed Level 2 with us.
You should feel comfortable on the spinning pole and be able to master shapes such as the cross knee release and stargazer on both sides.

POLEDANCE

Level 4


In level 4, the focus is on longer combinations of familiar and new elements. We build on a secure invert and outside leg hang from the floor, bring these up to the poles and discover new shapes and transitions.

Prerequisites

Level 4 is suitable for all those who already have at least 8 months of pole experience or have completed Level 3 with us.
You should be able to do the invert and outside leghang safely on both sides.

POLEDANCE

Low Flow


Low Flow Pole is a colorful potpourri of floorwork, pole moves and contemporary pole and is characterized by flowing, low-to-the-ground movements.
We want to combine acrobatic elements, dance transitions and sensual movements and fuse them in creative transitions.
Bring your knee pads, long pants or socks and something to pull over your shoulders!

Requirements

Low Flow is suitable for you if you have completed Level 1 with us or have already gained 3-4 months of experience on the pole and are confident with simple spins such as the front hook or chair.

POLEDANCE

Heels Basics


In this dance technique course, you will learn the basic movements that are characteristic of pole dance in heels. You can expect gentle transitions, platform technique, floorwork and dance elements that you can later combine into choreographies. Whether you are just starting to dance in heels or are already advanced and want to refine your basics – you will find something for you!

Bring your heels, knee pads and a good mood! If you don’t have heels yet, you can also take part in socks.

Prerequisites

Heels Basics is suitable for anyone who already has 3-4 months of pole experience or who is attending or has completed Level 2 with us. Dance experience is not required.

Aerial Hoop

Spin & Flow


In our open level aerial hoop course, you will learn flowy combinations that are adapted to your personal level. We will work on different shapes and transitions that are suitable for both beginners and intermediate students. The focus is on working on the spinning hoop at different heights. You will practise movements on the floor, classic shapes in the air and tricks with the spanset. The course offers you a wide range of techniques to expand your skills, develop at your own pace and increase your creativity and individuality on the hoop.

Prerequisites

No previous experience is necessary to take part in the course. Please bring shorts and long pants to the course.
