Guest Trainer
MINOR Studio | Rankestraße 56 in Dresden
Minor e.V. aims to specifically promote interregional exchange within the pole and aerial community. Therefore, we regularly invite guest instructors who become part of our studio for a limited period and share their own perspective, style, and expertise with our community.
As a guest instructor, you will be in Dresden for at least two weeks and will teach classes several days a week. In addition to teaching some regular level classes, we will work with you to create a customized course program for this period that particularly highlights your personal style and strengths.
You work independently with our course participants, bring new ideas to our training and enrich our course offerings with your individual approach.
You bring
- An advanced training level
- Safe and clean execution of elements
- A clearly recognizable personal style and the ability to convey it in the classroom.
- Trainer training and/or experience as a trainer
- Strong English language skills
We offer
- Opportunity to actively contribute your own style and ideas to the course offerings
- Joint planning of an individual course concept for your time with us
- Use of our studio for your own training and course preparation
- An open, motivated community and space for creative exchange
- Insight into the Dresden pole and aerial scene and local networking
