Level 4
Course description
In Level 4, the focus is on longer combinations of familiar and new elements. We build on a secure invert and outside leg hang from the floor, bring these up to the poles, and explore new shapes and transitions.
Requirements
Level 4 is suitable for anyone who has at least 8 months’ pole experience or has completed Level 3 with us. You should be able to perform the invert and outside leg hang confidently on both sides.
Recommended duration of visit
Approx. 6 to 12 sessions, to be arranged individually with the trainers
