Level 3
Course description
In Level 3, the focus is on advanced tricks and transitions. Now we’re going headfirst. We’re working intensively on inversions to expand our repertoire of tricks and gain even more power on the pole. We’re also practising longer combinations and flows.
Requirements
Level 3 is suitable for anyone who has at least six months’ pole experience or has completed Level 2 with us. You should feel comfortable on the spinning pole and be able to perform moves such as the cross knee release and stargazer confidently on both sides.
Recommended duration of visit
