Level 1
Course description
In Level 1, the focus is on beginner moves. You’ll learn to climb cleanly, build up your strength, consolidate your basics, and start incorporating your first ground and transition moves.
Requirements
Level 1 is suitable for anyone who has already tried pole dancing for 3 to 4 weeks or has completed Level 0 with us.
Can you perform a few spins on the static pole with ease and fancy doing more? Then you’ve come to the right place!
Recommended duration of visit
Approx. 6 to 12 sessions, to be arranged individually with the trainers
