Intermediate Pole
Course description
In the Intermediate Pole class, we build on a wide range of fundamentals taught in our Pole Dance Levels 0 to 4. These include spinning and static pole, spins, climbs, shapes and floorwork.
Building on this foundation, we will develop a varied repertoire of combinations on the pole – both on the static pole and the spinning pole. We will work on intermediate-level elements and transitions, and learn moves such as the Ayesha, the handspring and the Brass Monkey.
