
Flexibility Lab
Course description
The Flexibility Lab is all about flexibility, body awareness and healthy mobility. In this class, we’ll work specifically on your active and passive flexibility – with a focus on hip openness, backbends, splits and shoulder mobility. Through controlled stretching exercises, mobility drills and technical exercises, you’ll learn how to work on your flexibility safely and effectively – whether you’re just starting out or are already at an advanced level.
Bring comfortable clothes, a towel – and, above all, be patient with your body. Every bit of progress counts!
Our Flexibility Lab isn’t held at the Pole. No previous experience or specific level of flexibility is required – everyone is welcome.
